Problems with online donations

By Rita on January 25 2010, 2:11pm

Over the past week or so, we have had complaints from people having difficulty placing online donations.  When they press the "SUBMIT" button, nothing happens.  It may be very slow, or not happen at all.  Understandably, people are reluctant to press it more than once.  The problem is not with the website or Click and Pledge, our online donation processor.  Rather, it is with the banks who are overwhelmed with the volume of donations coming in accross the system and cannot handle the load.  This results in a slow-down or complete bottleneck.  If you do not receive a receipt in your email account for a donation, in all likelihood, a donation has not been made.  We suggest that you try later or mail a check to St. Boniface Haiti Foundation, 400 No, Main St., Randolph, MA 02368.

YOUR DONATION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US DURING THIS CRISIS.  PLEASE PERSEVERE.   On behalf of the earthquake victims, our patients and staff, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
